Delivery and Returns

Delivery

All our items are shipped using UK Royal Mail 2nd Class delivery at a flat rate of £6.05. We do not currently ship outside the UK but if you would like to make an exquiry from overseas please email info@thebowlandclothingcompany.com.

Please note: AONB Products may take up to 14 days to dispatch.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your order and all our items come with a 12 month warranty but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied just return it to us for a refund or exchange in the same condition you received it in.

Returned goods must be returned in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. No refund or exchange will be processed for goods that are returned incomplete, damaged or soiled.

If your goods are unwanted and you wish to return your order we must receive notification within 7 days from receipt of your goods, and the goods must be received back within 7 days of notifying us. Any returns received outside this period will be dealt with at our discretion. The customer is responsible for the expense of returning the goods to us and we would recommend you obtain proof of posting and insurance for your return.

Once we have received the goods we will confirm receipt by e-mail and check them to ensure they have been received in satisfactory condition. Once we have confirmed this we will refund the price paid for the goods within 14 days of receiving your goods back at our warehouse. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your goods are faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose or not as described we must receive notification within 7 days from receipt of your goods. Please contact us at the address below and we will arrange for the goods to be collected.

Any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay the original order. If your card has expired, you’ll need to get in touch with us with your new expiry date before a refund can be processed.

If your goods have not arrived you must inform us within 7 days of the estimated date of delivery. Once notified we will investigate where your orders is and confirm the new delivery date.
